When you are pregnant or have a new baby there are loads of people giving you help and advice.

Sometimes knowing where to go to get specific breastfeeding information and help can seem confusing.

You may be the first breastfeeder in your family for generations, and even if everyone is proud of you they might not know a lot about breastfeeding.

This site provides information on infant feeding for families and staff in east Kent.

It has information on local services provided by health visitors, midwives, children's centres, and voluntary organisations. It supports the Baby Friendly Initiative in east Kent.

We also include national helplines and websites that you might find useful.
